Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates

As a HR Cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Apply work permit
• Simple admin duties such as data entry, scanning and filing of documents
• Manage HR Tasks: Handle payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claim submissions.
• Recruitment: Create job ads, review resumes, and arrange interviews.
• Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.
• Maintain Records: Keep an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.

As a Head of Social Work & Caregiver Support, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of tiered services, using the expertise of social workers to support caregivers of students, DAC clients, and residents with autism. This may include assigning social workers to lead teams in managing complex cases, ensuring coordinated support.
• Work with the Allied Professional team (psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists) to create comprehensive care plans, focusing on the role of social workers in strengthening caregiver support.
• Supervise and guide social workers to provide effective caregiver support, including leading admissions, referrals, and helping caregivers access community resources.

Requirements:

• Be a registered social worker with at least 5 years of experience (preferably in the disability sector), including 3 years in a leadership role.
