• To coordinate between vessel and shore, suppliers, sub-contractors and maintain timely and cost-effective logistic arrangements.
• Make arrangements of spare parts, services, stores and Lube Oils
• Issue purchase orders, process invoices and update related records and details.
• Support in monitoring vessel budget and preparing variance reports.
• Support SI for preparing vessel annual reports, docking reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor Certificate and class survey status, circulate report and remind SI for renewal.
• Dispatch and follow up of vessel mail and courier delivery for documents and certificates.
• Extract report for Fleet Monitor / Fleet Performance and circulate
• Other support duties related to SMD as required by SI and Managers.
• Maintaining record for the quotation/price comparison and other correspondence
• Maintain & update vendor’s information / details.
• Support in preparation of reports
• Support implementation of Company’s ISM, EMS and EnMS Objectives as required

• Minimum ITE/ Diploma, preferred in Maritime studies
• Experience in similar job scope and working in a shipping company
• Able to communicate effectively and is a team player
• No experience needed for those in Maritime Studies
• Non Maritime studies with 1 yrs experience of sales admin, purchasing working experience may be consider

We are looking for an amazing Python Engineer to inject more smarts into our systems! You will work closely with our development team to design and implement features for our in-house software that is revolutionising back-office operations! The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of building, maintaining and upgrading Python applications, and brings their own creative flair to create intuitive software.

Position Duties

• Developing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Python applications
• Employing engineering practices and next-gen architectural patterns during development
• Integrations with third-party and in-house applications and microservices
• Rigorous testing of applications to ensure maximum usability and stability
• Feature request prioritization and grooming with our Product Managers and business
• Ensure proper security measures and data protection for features developed

• Experience in building webapps with Frappe
• Experience in REST API development with FastAPI, Flask etc.
• Experience with databases like S3, MongoDB, Postgres and BigQuery
• Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP
• Solid foundation of SDLC and software architecture
• Demonstrate an understanding of application development and deployment lifecycle
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive and have good communication skills
• Bonus to have other technical knowledge such as event streaming (Kafka), dashboarding tools (Plotly Dash/Streamlit), containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD
• Bonus to have worked on Python software such as ERPNext
• Bonus to have Javascript knowledge

• Support in daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales operations reporting
• Support in short-/mid-/long-term sales planning processes
• Support in general sales operations in terms of order and quota management
• Support in monitoring and verifying of sales processes and Key Performance Indicators
• Support in coordination of business processes, activities and projects between Porsche AG, Porsche Asia Pacific and the 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering
• High interest in premium automotive industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English with good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
