We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing commercial efforts and discipline across Sales and Partnerships. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management while ensuring success metrics of each team are met. What you will do: 

• Accountable for top and bottom line P&L achievements (GTV, Revenue, Profitability) and, raising and resetting the bar consistently
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, to accelerate growth.
• Drive consistent new client acquisition across product lines and customer segments to achieve targets.
• Serve as the overall subject matter expert for the payment business, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on your expertise, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Lead the Sales and Partnerships team to drive profitable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times via a scalable sales machinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Infrastructure SolutionsCollaborate with the ML Platform team to design and implement scalable infrastructure for distributed data processing and model training.
  Utilize GitOps practices to maintain reproducibility across Kubernetes clusters.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
