• Address the questions that any patient might have with regards to the medical centre’s operations and workflows.
• Liaise with the managing agents with regards to security and maintenance of the medical centre.
• Assist in executing preventive health programmes and lessons.
• Assist in any other administrative tasks that other staff may need help with.

Requirements:

• Min. N/O'Levels
• Min. 3 years experience as Clinic Assistant

• HR report preparation and data analysis
• Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners
• Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management, talent management, etc.
• Provides administrative support on HR programs/activities/events
• Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or relevant fields
