• Stay updated on the latest technologies in big data, machine learning, and programmatic advertising to maintain a competitive and robust platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or programmatic advertising, with demonstrated expertise in engineering architecture and platform development.
• Proven experience managing a technical team, including Big Data and Ad Strategy teams.
• Strong technical background with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.), SQL, Shell, Java (Scala), and Python.
• Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and advertising algorithms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English is required
