Head of Creative and Media Effectiveness

As the Head of Creative and Media Efficiency, you will lead and inspire a client-facing team, reporting to the Insights General Manager. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage talent, drive business growth, and achieve financial targets in collaboration with our market leader.

As the media and creative lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing our reputation as industry leaders, both externally and internally.
Key responsibilities
Business Leadership:
- Deliver business goals by leading the team in achieving sales and profit targets
- Develop and implement medium to long-term strategies and goals to drive domain growth.
- Foster integration and collaboration between Creative and Media Domains, focusing on Digital transformation to build a unified, compelling solution that addresses client business inquiries.
- Provide clear recommendations to the CEO on medium-long term opportunities and their implications for people, structure, and processes
- Leverage Kantar’s expertise across media, analytics, and creative domains to meet client needs, with a focus on collaboration and cross-selling across brand and analytics capabilities
- Champion Singapore as a regional hub and center of expertise for media, digital, and creative work across SEA
- Integrate key growth platforms, Marketplace and Analytics, into proposals and projects to deliver more technological, agile, and insightful client solutions
People Leadership
- Lead a team of approximately 40, with 4-6 direct reports, encouraging a forward-thinking, client-centric, and agile team culture
- Clearly communicate and motivate the team around the coordinated creative and media offer.
- Foster career growth by implementing fair prioritization and aligning with key client objectives.
- Mentor direct reports to achieve their career objectives
- Engage and mentor people managers to improve the performance of their teams, driving excellent business and people performance.
- Provide expert mentorship on complex assignments and critical client issues.
- Champion a learning culture at Kantar, integrating knowledge to innovate and delight clients
- Mentor employees from other functions to improve the overall Kantar business
Client leadership
- Build and nurture strong senior-level client relationships to identify and define business opportunities
- Identify new potential clients and business streams in media and creative spaces, partnering with experts to cross-sell as appropriate
- Advocate for subject matter expertise within the business to answer client questions brilliantly
- Establish a network of contacts across Kantar to build stronger client impact.
Key Outcomes
- Achieve Country Revenue and EBITDA targets, with a specific focus on media and creative goals
- Establish Kantar’s media and creative team as leading experts and a go-to destination for client media and creative inquiries
- Foster a high-performance culture and act as a role model within the business
- Set goals that drive business success through continuous improvements in quality, costs, time, and services
