Job Responsibilities

Do housekeeping of classrooms, toilets and pantry (Vacuum & Mop)

Clear rubbishes

Cleans shelves, toys, children’s mattresses and playing areas

Cleans the floor after breakfast, before the children’s nap time, after lunch and after tea time

Serve simple meals

Clear bowls & cups from classrooms

May assist in showering the children / change diaper if needed

Carries out any other tasks assigned by the Principal from time to time

Requirements:

Able to speak in English

Friendly and Conducive working environment

Need to have personal hygiene

High tolerance level ,cheerful and helpful towards staff and children is an advantage

- Responsible for supporting Medical Social Workers (MSW) team in direct patient work, administrative work and general duties

- Manage routine cases assigned by MSWs independently

- Provide training for new social work and administrative assistants

- Conduct field visits and facilitate discharges by accompanying patients home or to social service organizations

• Conduct targeted and individualized physical assessments for participants upon recruitment and during periodic reviews (training will be provided).
• Develop and implement exercise programs for participants, including OTAGO and Motor-Cognitive Dual-Task training.
• Train and supervise volunteers and staff at Senior Activity Centres to conduct exercise programs and periodic reviews.
• Provide education talks on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging.
• Ensure proper documentation of records for referral to community partners.
