• Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls
• Monitor the progress of event planning and execution
• Ensure the event administrative and operational requirements are met
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Opportunity: Vascular Technologist
Location: Novena Hospital, Singapore
Position Type: Full-Time

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comply with department training schedules to acquire knowledge and skills in performing diagnostic vascular ultrasound and non-invasive studies for diagnosing peripheral vascular diseases and other vascular abnormalities.
• Generate written and diagram reports based on findings from diagnostic tests.
• Ensure that all vascular procedures are carried out according to protocols for ultrasound and other non-invasive procedures.
• Complete all training assignments as scheduled by the senior vascular technologist.
• Perform non-invasive vascular testing under the supervision of senior vascular technologists and vascular doctors.
• Provide education and counseling services to patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and any necessary follow-up care.
• Assist in departmental tasks as delegated by the senior vascular technologist.
• Work with the team to ensure operational needs, planning, and administration of the department are effectively met.
• Support and assist in research studies conducted within the department.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities in the department.
• Maintain and ensure that all vascular diagnostic equipment is properly maintained and fully functional.
• Contribute as part of a team to the diagnosis and management of arterial and venous diseases.
• Manage and organize time effectively for scanning and report preparation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a healthcare-related field (preferably with prior experience as a Vascular Technologist or Medical Sonographer).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and support patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
