Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the company. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
• Prepare presentations and reports.

Requirements:

• No experience required.
• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Singaporean only.

• Provide guidance on adapting environments to enhance daily living skills
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Document outcomes and communicate findings with relevant healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Degree holder
• AHPC certified
