Responsibilities

· Utilizes independent judgment in performing both routine and complex laboratory tests using a variety of techniques, instrumentation, and equipment in order to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

· Performs complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests.

· Examines and analyzes body fluids and cells and matches blood for transfusions.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Support

• Assist in product selection, assortment planning, and seasonal buys in collaboration with the Merchandising Manager.
• Monitor and track product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the preparation of merchandising presentations and reports for internal reviews.

Inventory Management

• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment across all channels.
• Assist in inventory allocation, transfers, and stock reconciliation processes.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and update records to maintain data accuracy.

Visual Merchandising

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser and Retail team to maintain appealing visual displays that align with brand guidelines.
• Support the setup and execution of promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze sales and inventory data to provide insights on product performance and customer preferences.
• Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports for the merchandising team.

Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers to track delivery schedules and resolve any product discrepancies.
• Support the Merchandising Manager in maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in retail, merchandising, and fashion trends.
• Availability: Minimum commitment of 4-6 months for this full-time position.
