Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for implementing revenue

management strategies to optimize revenue streams and achieve revenue targets. By

analysing trends like market demand and the booking pace, he or she shall implement

revenue optimising strategies and grow the property’s market shares through effective

pricing, business mixes and sales channel management. You are required to possess a

good situational understanding of market conditions, be able to translate such insights

into strategies, and can communicate as well as implement these insights and

strategies at the hotel property.

• Yield optimum revenue and RevPAR with a regular business review of rates, inventory, sales strategies, competitor set performance and booking pace.
• Provide regular analysis of market trends and market positioning to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure optimal revenue generation and market share growth, which eventually contributes to increased profit margins.
• Oversees the Reservations Department. Delegation of responsibilities, manage and set KPI for the Reservations team.
• Improve the property’s direct booking performance.
• Manage and oversee the online distribution strategy for all online sales channels.
• Assist in analysing the demand forecast for the property and provide and update weekly & monthly revenue forecasts.
• Participate in annual budget and rate rationalisation exercises.
• Directly responsible for managing distribution channels and revenue per available room (REVPAR) performance of the transient segment and all dynamic rates and achieve budgeted targets.
• Provide timely advice to the Sales Team on sales quotations.
• Ensure property’s rate parity, rate competitiveness and contents in all online platforms are up to date.
• Prepare and chair the Revenue Meeting.
• To ensure effective use of all revenue systems & forecasting tools.
• Liaise and meet up quarterly with partners to keep abreast of market changes and developments within the industry.
• Closely communicate with related departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations on specific tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of Revenue Management or Pricing experience preferred
• Good knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions

Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning and servicing of all hotel areas and complete the day’s work assigned to high standards.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Collection of computer printouts of occupancy status, arrival departure details and guest requests from the Housekeeping Supervisor/Assistant Housekeeper at the beginning of the shift.
• Clean rooms to the stipulated standards – prioritise your work based daily room status (monitor rooms checking out and communicate to linen runner).
• Complete all daily work sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that Guest laundry/Dry cleaning is collected from rooms and communicated.
• Work performance is in accordance to Leading Quality Assurance and COMO requirements.
• Ensure that guest keys from Departure rooms are taken to reception or handed over to supervisor.

• Act as the primary liaison between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance for all fundraising and donation matter, in particular managing the staff donation process.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of staff donations across NHG Group through preparation and analysis of regular reports.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance and Advancement Office to ensure seamless operations of the staff donation process.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to staff donations through regular report monitoring and communication with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with team members and other key stakeholders in streamlining the donation process.
• Assist Finance and Advancement office in collating the information needed for reports such as annual reports, progress reports to donors, publication etc.
• Any other ad-hoc projects related to the Group charities, or administration of fundraising matters.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting the team
• Assist in organising, attending and sending contact reports for meetings
• Update global and regional trackers
• Work with both local and global clients/partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Moving Images, Print & Transcreation
• Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
• Responsible for uploading reference materials to DAM
• Provide any additional administrative support to team as required

Requirements

• Knowledge from working in a TV, print, or digital production role
• Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
• Agency experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
• Sound technical understanding of client requirements
• Basic commercial acumen
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good networking skills
