• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including contract issuance and documentation collection.
• Facilitate work pass applications and pre-employment checks as needed.
• Handle employee-related letters and monitor the new hire confirmation process.
• Administer employee benefits and manage claims, including government claims and leave applications.
• Process monthly and ad hoc payroll processing, along with statutory submissions.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HR cloud systems, including leave records.
• Address external client HR queries promptly and effectively.
• Support clients in annual salary review exercises and preparation of related employee letters.
• Assist in government training grant applications for clients.
• Manage other HR administrative functions such as insurance plan renewals.
• Stay updated on HR regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as necessary.

Do you meet the requirements?

• A degree in a relevant discipline (not limited to HR faculty).
• Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English, with fluent written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in HR, payroll, and recruitment.
• Proficiency in HR cloud software is advantageous.
• Sound familiarity with the Employment Act and related tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management, even under pressure.

The Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be involved in driving new sales and management of Global and National level accounts for Adecco Singapore. Provides service for guests when arriving and departing from the hotel and to give guests information and directions in a prompt and professional manner.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate a warm, confident and genuine first impression.
• Handles all guests’ queries or requests in a polite and efficient manner.
• Handles all movement of luggage (temporary, long term storage, lost baggage).
• Provides a high standard of service within the department and a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.

• Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
