Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for data with creative skills in video editing and design to enhance our brand's presence across various platforms. This role involves monitoring and optimizing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Manage and schedule posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc). Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features.
- Content Creation & Design: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and visuals. Utilize video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent) to create compelling content. Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign success. Provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
- Community Engagement:Manage social media interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth. Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and audience segments to build relationships and expand reach.
- Ad Campaign Management:Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Monitor ad performance and ensure campaigns achieve maximum ROI within budget.
- Market Research:Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities. Research audience preferences and behaviors to refine targeting and content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, video editing, or design.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
- Experience with video editing software is a plus! (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Graphic design skills is a plus! (e.g Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
