Job Responsibilities:

Administrate and monitor usage patterns of Windows and Hotel applications and identify potential areas for improvement.

• Maintain cyber security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and acting to mitigate them.
• Perform end to end checking of technical issues for Windows and Hotel applications.
• Log and track IT incidents till resolution, including coordination and communication to relevant support parties, root cause analysis and escalation.
• Follow up and fulfill IT service requests including coordination and communication of the requests with the respective departments
• On-boarding and off-boarding of employees

Job Requirements:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
• Knowledge of Hotel and F&B Systems such as Opera, Infrasys, Birchstreet is an advantage
• Some experience with Windows Servers roles, including Directory Services, DNS, and DHCP.
• Some experience with PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Technical knowledge in supporting Windows 10/11 and client-based applications such as MS Office, Email, etc.
• Basic understanding of network concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, Vlans, DMZ, Firewall and VPN.
• Basic understanding of cyber security concepts, such as vulnerability identification and mitigation
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
