Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Engineering Bachelor degree and above

- 3+ years of related work experience, preferably AI and data analytics related or IT consultant solution & pre-sale role;

- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills by explaining relevant past projects in the technical interview rounds

Preferred Qualifications

- Product experience in GenAI or Public Cloud or Edge Network (CDN)

The Search Growth E-commerce team is at the forefront of developing the search recommendation algorithm for TikTok's rapidly expanding global e-commerce enterprise. Utilizing cutting-edge machine learning technology, advanced NLP, CV, recommendation, and multi-modal technology, we're shaping a pioneering engine within the industry. Responsibilities

- Elevate search recommendation services and models for TikTok E-commerce, driving heightened e-commerce search traffic on both TikTok and TikTok Mall, while enhancing user search and purchasing cognition.

- Optimize the recommender system, focusing on hyperscale machine learning models. This involves diverse tasks spanning recall/first-stage ranking to final-stage ranking within the end-to-end workflow.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Chartering Manager to join a growing dry bulk shipping company in Singapore. This role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of dry cargo chartering and an understanding of the unique needs of a start-up company in the maritime industry. The successful candidate will also serve as the Owner's Representative, overseeing the company's interests in all chartering and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chartering & Commercial Management:
  • Lead the dry bulk chartering operations, ensuring competitive and cost-effective transportation solutions for clients.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of chartering, including negotiations, contract management, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key charterers, owners, brokers, and operators.
  • Handle various dry cargo commodities, including steel, minerals, fertilizers, grains, coal, bauxite, and iron ore, across global routes (Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic Oceans).
