Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist with a strong understanding of technology and a background in the retail or manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be someone who is capable of driving digital transformation initiatives, with hands-on experience in enabling businesses to adopt digital solutions for operational efficiency and growth. This role requires fluency in Chinese and experience outside of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital enablement projects within the retail or manufacturing sectors, ensuring successful adoption of digital tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify digital solutions that drive process improvements.
• Support the implementation and integration of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategies.
• Provide guidance and expertise on digital technologies, helping the business harness technology to drive innovation.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation, improving efficiency and performance.
• Drive change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions during the digital enablement process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels, leveraging technical knowledge to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital enablement or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in retail or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology and its application to business needs.
• Experience in leading or supporting the adoption of digital tools and platforms in non-BFSI domains.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders across different regions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Salary Range: $1800 - $2500 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• To assist in lesson preparation and support teachers in co-teaching
• To assist students in areas of self-care, grooming and toileting
• To assist and support teachers in collecting simple data on behaviour and progress of students, whenever needed.
• To work with teachers in classroom management matters such as planning and implementing student’s behaviour plans, lesson progress, etc

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC
• Experience in dealing with children and youths with autism is preferred but not a must.
