Job Summary:
The Funds Product Manager is responsible for managing and growing the mutual funds product portfolio. This includes developing and executing product strategies to increase product penetration, achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data-driven decision-making, and continuous innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve AUM growth and sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new fund providers to expand the product suite.
• Create innovative campaigns to enhance product penetration, such as cashback promotions and exclusive offerings.
2. Portfolio Management:
• Monitor and analyze fund performance, ensuring alignment with the market and customer needs.
• Leverage CIO insights and market trends to position funds strategically.
3. Digital and RM Enablement:
• Enhance self-service capabilities on digital platforms to boost client engagement.
• Work closely with relationship managers (RMs) to increase advocacy for fund sales through tools, training, and targeted campaigns.
4. Sales and Marketing Support:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Organize events and workshops to educate and engage clients and RMs.
• Drive NTW acquisition and promote cross-selling opportunities.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure all product offerings and campaigns adhere to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and meet audit requirements.
6. Data Analytics and Reporting:
• Use data analytics to develop use cases that improve RM productivity and client experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
