As an ideal candidate, you are a great communicator and collaborator who can translate complex messages and data into easy-to-implement enablement methodologies. You like working with colleagues who are in different cities and time zones. You are a highly motivated, goal-oriented teammate passionate about delivering high-quality consultancy and education programs. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to supervise and report metrics. You have excellent presentation skills and confidence in advising and leading virtual meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales enablement and validated knowledge of best practices and methodologies in training practices
• 3+ years of B2B Marketing and Communications experience, preferably in tech
• 3+ years’ experience in translating business and partner program priorities into easy-to-digest training materials
• 2+ years in measuring and tracking data to translate into reporting results

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related experience preferred
