Responsibilities

Accounting
➤Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly and work closely with our HR consultant to ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
➤Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with their HR consultant and Accountant.
➤Responsible for yearly AIS submission, ECI filing, assist tax agent on corporate tax filing, support external auditor and headquarters’ auditor during annual audit process.

Admin
➤Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.

➤Maintain employee P-file including attendance and leave records
➤Handle the onboarding, offboarding, and employee welfare.
➤Handle insurance & license renewals (Medical Insurance, Office Insurance & etc)
➤Maintain local office daily operations such as ensuring IT system stability by managing our IT subcontractor, handling incoming/ outgoing mails, pantry & miscellaneous supplies.

Your future role within QRT

The successful candidate will join the Production Management team based in Singapore providing high-touch user support to the QRT team, which trades across all the major APAC markets. You will be expected to provide prompt user support for investigation & resolution of any system issues impacting front office trading flows. You will liaise with internal and external teams for effective management of QRT trading infrastructure on a day-to-day basis as well as basic office infrastructure issues.

Your present skillset

• Support of trading infrastructure (Manual trading application, Algorithmic trading platforms, Exchange/FIX connectivity system, and Risk systems)
• Support trading platforms on different OS environments – Windows & Linux
• Ensuring all trading components are up and running before the start of each trading day
• Co-ordinate with various front-to-back teams for issue resolution
• Support the release management process ensuring stability of the production environment
• Maintenance and support of static databases and supporting processes
• Develop tools (including writing and maintaining programmable code) to continuously improve our ability to monitor the trading environment
• Evening/weekend support requirements (normally, through remote access)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in relevant field of studies
• >2yrs of Bash, Command Dos, Powershell or Python scripting experience is essential.
• Minimum 3yrs in a support role.
• Excellent problem solving and highly effective business analytics capabilities required.
• Must have a keen focus on ownership of issues and commitment to resolving them.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Expert windows desktop and server administration experience is essential.
• High level of Linux OS experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and improving QA documentation, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in game QA, with a strong track record of testing
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games.
• Familiarity with game development processes and tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal).

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with casual mobile games
• Knowledge of automation testing and scripting languages
