Job Purpose

Part of Customer Service team responsible for handling all types of Ownership & Nomination transactions including policy assignment, beneficiary nomination, vesting, and delivering them within service standards and ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards.
• Handle investigation of complex cases from policyholders and financial representatives on assignments and nomination of beneficiary.
• Work collaboratively with various departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Legal, Group Risk Management on assignment, beneficiary nominations, FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) matters. Note that FATCA and CRS forms are part of submission requirements for assignments and trust nominations.
• Provide strong support in handling enquiries from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives on section cases and processes.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects.
• Review and provide continuous improvement to the section’s processes.
• Assist to document changes in workflows for the section.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Under this global basis business model, it is important to equip DIVISION with the robust framework / structure of risk management. Middle office is responsible to establish such foundation under DIVISION by supporting global head, and to monitor various risk factors and PL under its trading portfolio, through communicating with various stakeholders such as traders in DIVISION, colleagues in corporate division in RtMI, employees in regional offices and MC Headquarters. • To establish suitable & global structure / framework / organization to enhance DIVISION’s ability to manage the risk appropriately, by obtaining the endorsement of global head and other relevant internal stakeholders.

3. DIVISION's business process management (20%)

• To manage / improve the daily business operation and be checker in particular key process, in order to ensure that traders’ daily activity is fully compliant with the internal / external requirement / regulation.

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for company X/YouTube/TikTok/sets/Linkedin, Facebook's platform construction, operations and customer relations maintenance, the company products/brands in overseas influence on social media;

Job Requirement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services
• Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service
• Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups
• Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
• Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
