About the team

The App Ads and Gaming team empowers TikTok's global monetization (billion-dollar business) via efficiently delivering application ads on TikTok. Our mission is to push the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems and lead the innovations of TikTok's personalized online advertising. Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.
• People oriented, and results driven.
• Experience in human resources or related fields.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to hands-on, lead and work within team.
• HR competence to oversee, manage, develop, and build proper HR procedures and policies roll-out within the organisation.
• Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the sales and marketing of Superabsorbent Polymers to Japanese multinational accounts in South and Southeast Asia.
• Work with other sale colleagues to develop sales and business plans, manage product inventory level and execute these plans to meet the Company's objectives.

Responsibilities
