Roles & Responsibilities
· Must have 4-5 years of experience in Sales. With at least 3 years in Singapore in resource augmentation.
· Must have proven track record in new client acquisition and renewed business from existing client
· Developing key accounts and ensuring profit ability in end-to-end recruitment across industry verticals
· Experience should include managing client organizations, management of multiple stakeholders, including interaction with C-level management. Entrepreneurial experience has provided a broader problem-solving and business management perspective.
· Sales experience in solutions for Executive Recruitment, permanent and Contract/Temp Staffing
· Industry verticals – IT&T, e-commerce , Manufacturing, IT Software, Utilities.
· Technology Sales & Key Account Management
· Overall management for Singapore region sales operations and ensure profitability.
· Client acquisition for Talent and Technology solutions in Web and Mobile applications, ERP etc.
· New client acquisition within Hi-Tech , and IT verticals for ERP, Enterprise Mobility on SAP,
Microsoft and Product Engineering Solutions
· Up-Sell and Cross-Sell within existing accounts and explore opportunities within Singapore
Government Sector
· Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, identification of business opportunities, understand customer needs, preparation of proposals in response to
RFP/SOW and project execution.
· Create partnership and alliances, represent the organization in appropriate forums for lead generation and brand promotion.
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
· Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
