Your Expertise

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes

• Bachelor’s/ Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance;
• 5 to 6 years’ experience in a Sales/ Trading / Brokerage / Business development role in the energy sector
• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
• Not afraid to do cold acquisition and approach people;
• Energetic, curious and ambitious;
• Fluent in at least one SEA language, ideally in Thai
• Driven to close deals and make a difference.

We are a family office looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented office receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:-

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients warm and professionally.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle email and phone enquiries
• Provide accurate information and address inquiries about the company’s services and products
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
• Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
• Check letterbox daily for incoming mails
• Replenishment of pantry supplies if needed
• Maintain the reception, common areas & meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a office receptionist or customer service officer
• Pleasant disposition, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software
