Operational role responsible for supporting billing team in day-to-day operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Billing:

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers or clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work

• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• To perform picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing.
• To provide support on daily warehouse activities.

The candidate will need to be able to manage the project in operation mode (i.e., Production) and act as Operations Manager while leading the Development Team for new developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in the Sprint Ceremonies, such as, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Tracking of Team’s Velocity and End Sprint Report.
• Lead the requirement study with customer to have the user stories listed in the product backlog.

• Maintain good relationship with the customer to secure more revenue via Service Requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project, with related experience running the Scrum team.

• Manage customer orders, including generating price quotations, monitoring stock levels (current, incoming, and outgoing shipments to customers), to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG industry.
