We will count on you to:

• Engage a range of stakeholders within our Referral Partners: Gatekeepers, Wealth Planners, Market heads and PCS Consultants to drive business development activities that increase the percentage of Relationship Managers that actively refer opportunities, closing cases and increase penetration.

• Work closely with the CEOs to plan, design, prioritize and execute business/ partner development activities and

ensure the transfer of knowledge and a high level of technical HNW Life Insurance/ Structure throughout the

Consultant groups.

• Work with current client groups with the intent of increasing retention of current business and increasing share of business from current clients.

• Analyse campaign results for continual improvement and create reports that provide the Sales Leadership,

Marketing Team and other key stakeholders with relevant information to inform future campaign management.

• Research and understand HNWi’s needs and future ways to engage with legacy planning discussions and solutions.

• Assist the CEOs in expansion of current geographies and channels.

• Manage database information and ensure outdated and incorrect records are communicated with relevant account owners.

• Deliver post campaign insights to Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and other stakeholders as appropriate.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in HNW Life Insurance business in either Life Insurance Company, Private Bank or Broker services and possess strong technical knowledge of HNW Life Insurance solutions and their

related ownership, beneficiaries and funding structures.

• Business development and partnership management roles.

• Demonstrable results in generating demand, nurturing leads and filling the sales pipeline.

Position title: Product Development and Management Executive (Cosmetic)

Working location: Pasir Panjang

Working Days: 5 days work

Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary Range: $3500 to $4200

Responsibilities:

1. New product planning:

• Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.
• Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

2. New product development (NPD):

• Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.
• Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, Supply chain, Contract manufacturers, R&D and Quality, for seamless on-time delivery of products.
• Source for contract manufacturers and liaise with formulators to develop new product; be the main contact point with these suppliers for NPD/ formulation discussions.
• Review formulas and ingredient/ design statements for new product that is compliant with regulations.
• Familiar with the concept of product challenge test, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

3. New product introduction:

• Conduct product training to regional trainer/marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

4. Post-launch product management:

• Analyse product performance and identify actions required.
• Manage product feedback and propose technically sound customer-centric reply.
• React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

5. Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development/ management in the cosmetic and skin care industry.
• Bonus if candidates have prior experience with beauty/personal care/medical device.
