Purchase Requisition

• Creation of Purchase Requisition and liaising with requesters from various departments (charge code, amount, contract fund utilization, delivery location)
• Monitor and follow up on document status
• Preparation of document listing on bi-weekly basis
• For CAPEX and visibility: to check against CAPEX availability and visibility fund in CMS

Goods Received (GR)

• Review completeness of Purchase Order (PO) invoices within Invoice Processing Portal
• Perform 3-way match between Delivery Order (DO), PO and invoices.
• Compilation of supporting documents and providing comments when necessary
• Posting of GR
• Attached all relevant documents (DO, etc) in SAP, and file all document

POSM Management

• Weekly inventory reconciliation and upload to system
• Handle delivery/collection requests from various departments
• Monitor and follow up with POSM movement including liaising with 3rd party Warehouse & Logistic on collections & deliveries.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation
• Creation of material code for New POSM registration, including the maintenance of master list
• Handle incoming shipments for POSM related PO, including liaising with approved forwarder
• Inform 3rd party Warehouse on incoming shipment with information on the POSM for their GR
• Liaise with Marketing Team and review of POSM for disposal on quarterly basis

Job Description:

• Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
• Provides customer support to the sites including any off-cycle or replacement payments needed.
• Reviews the information prepared for general ledger entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities associated with payroll.
• Participates in the review and preparation of data necessary for the filing of payroll related tax returns and miscellaneous withholding forms.
• Completes year end process including year end adjustments, year end tax statements and review of year end tax filing information.
• Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives; supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll related legislation.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
• - Manage Time and Attendance (eTime)
• - Handle all Payroll Transactions (well-versed in ADP & SAP)
• - Payroll Processes documentation
• - Prepare Reports to stakeholders (monthly and annual)

Responsibilities

Design and development of end-to-end product testing plan which includes functional, integration & performance testing.
Execute manual and automated test cases and report results.
Coordination with the development team(s) on the test automation strategy.
Roll out QA automation capabilities within teams by working with the platform, development, product QA and product management to align with application modules and user cases.
Drive innovation and streamline the overall QA process.
Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes to improve the overall QA process.
Implement new testing methodologies where applicable.
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
Ensure test cases and plans are documented.
Ensure all test progress and results are documented.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology.
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, and facilitate/schedule sprint meetings.
Drive release planning, monitor change in the product development scope, and ensure development activities are aligned with the product priorities.
Manage QA Infrastructure including virtual machines and environments.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Knowledge of various QA methodologies.
Experience in .Net, Microsoft Team Foundation Server(TFS), Microsoft Test Manager(MTM), and Microsoft Projects. C# coding skills would be an added plus.
Experience in Visual Studio enterprise and source code management using Git and TFS.
Experience in automation testing and tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
Experience in testing mobile applications (Xamarin Android & iOS).
Experience in testing desktop applications on Windows & MacOS platforms.
Experience in Non-functional testing viz integration & performance testing; experience with relevant tools like JMeter/JProfiler/JQuery etc. would be an added plus.
Knowledge of Agile development processes, best practices & scrum-relevant frameworks like Jira, Kanban, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
