Job Responsibilities

• Supervising clinic assistants in day-to-day operations of the Clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services
• Co-ordinating patient appointments, clinic management meetings, meetings with third parties (e.g. suppliers)
• Managing stock levels of drugs, equipment and supplies in clinic and liaising with purchasing department for procurement
• Manage patient enquires including billing matters
• Perform clinic reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments, referrals and insurance claims
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by director

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years prior experience in a leadership position in a clinic/hospital setting
• Customer service-oriented, meticulous and conscientious personality
• Good communication skills required (phone and email)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for improving operations
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Malay will be advantageous
• Experience in Phlebotomy/Venipuncture will be advantageous

The Company

Our client is within the hospitality industry and is one of the high-end tier. They are looking for an accountant to support the team.

The Role

Reporting to the head of finance, you are responsible for full sets for accounts up to month end closing. Other activities include preparation and reviewing of monthly reports, monitoring actual performance against budgeted, assisting in budgeting review and consolidation as well as ensuring internal controls are in compliance.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in accountancy or its equivalent and bring along with you a minimum of 3 years’ experience. You are meticulous and can work in a fast-paced environment, have an analytical mindset and are able to work independently.
