Job Responsibilities

• Sales Management responsibilities over designated team members to lead and drive to meet sales targets, supervise a sales team, manage day-to-day operations, and own product development responsibilities
• Build and manage key coverage relationships with large institutional names
• Grow Institutional macro business (focus on FX / Rates) with all key client segments including Central banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge funds and Private Wealth Clients.
• Work closely with market making traders to market macro products and perform client servicing duties
• Service and grow flow market share of electronic trading platforms in FX and rates including but not limited to FXConnect, FXGo, FXT, BidFX, Portware
• Work with structurers and relationship managers to design trade ideas and solutions for institutional clients.
• Develop and disseminate thought leadership ideas including trade ideas based on market movements by working closely with traders, economists, and strategists
• Identify new opportunities for target client list and expand flow business with existing clients to meet demanding revenue targets.
• Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders and related entities to find profit making initiatives.
• Support banks’ principle of collaboration inter and intra departments to create value for clients and shareholders by increasing productivity.
• Interact and coordinate effectively with various internal stakeholders on client management issues including risk, relationship management, onboarding, legal, compliance, settlement, and operations.
• Keep abreast of regulations and have strong risk control practice to ensure self and team compliance with limits and regulations.

Job Requirements

• More than 12 years of sales experience in flow and structured interest rates and FX products
• Strong senior and working relationships in Asia with institutional clients including central banks, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and especially hedge funds which is backed by proven consistent execution track record and positive feedback
• Independent and motivated to deliver results while working in a collaborative environment. Good project management and coordination skills would be a pre-requisite
• Leadership skills to inspire and groom a team to extract best performance
• Solid market connection and intelligence to be plugged in to latest market trends, information, industry knowledge, product knowledge
• Creative thinker to find solutions to challenges to enable to growth and new processes and framework
• Experienced in documentation and onboarding process from front-office to back-office
• Familiarity with electronic platforms including Bloomberg, FXGO, Reuters, FXT, FXConnect, BidFX, Portware, Markitwire
• Good bachelor degree in Finance, economics, commerce or engineering
• Strong sense of ethics

The Restructuring and Insolvency team

Our Restructuring and Insolvency team works closely with industry professionals, companies and their stakeholders to identify and resolve issues affecting profitability, protect enterprise value and facilitate a full recovery where possible.

The team is made up of young and friendly professionals bringing about an easy-going culture. Responsibilities

• Managing and executing day to day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements (being, amongst others, liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / exceptional accountant, debt restructuring and personal insolvency work)
• Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
• Preparing draft correspondence, reports and presentations
• Reconstructing of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate and company analysis, including financial modelling where necessary
• Participating in client meetings and strategy discussions with supervisors and partners
• For insolvency matters, attending to statutory and compliance matters
• Assisting in department networking and marketing activities

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field
• Minimum 5 or 6 years previous experience in a restructuring and insolvency team
• Experience in supervising work of junior members
• Experience in managing a variety of projects and engagements
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and Word and financial modelling an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to spearhead the promotion of our suite of funds and products to the wealth management channel (financial advisors, MFO/EAMs and Private Banks in Singapore). This position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in traditional fund sales to the wholesale and intermediary channel who can understand how to create successful partnership with this channel, and who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ever-evolving digital asset sphere.

To be successful in this role, you are a person who makes things happen, have resourcefulness, initiative and drive in order forge partnerships in Singapore with the wealth management channel (eg financial advisors, multi-family offices, securities firms, robo-advisors, private banks). Qualifications and Experience:

• To be a successful applicant, you are likely to meet the following criteria:
• Have 3-7 years of experience in fund intermediary sales or fund sales to high net worth individuals within a wealth management firm, with a track record of success.
• Outstanding relationship management and networking abilities.
• Experience with partnering with financial advisors, MFO/EAMs, Private Bankers and Securities Brokers.
• Willingness for regional travel as necessary.
• Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology and/or being a "tech geek" would be an advantage.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English is required. Mandarin language skills or other regional language skills will be well regarded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and very comfortable with different technology tools.
