Our Japanese Client is a 100% subsidiary of an international logistics company, established in 1997. They handle all international transportation and logistics.

Job Description:
- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.
- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.
- Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally.
- Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient order delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing customer feedback and addressing complaints effectively.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to the business, such as meeting preparation and assisting in day-to-day operations.
- Be prepared for occasional business trips as required.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or higher educational level; a major in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce account management and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and social media.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding post-sales support.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.

About Global Payment

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

The Payment Network team in Global Payment ensures a secure, professional and efficient overseas payment solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. 1. Develop high-quality software design and architecture;

The Tour Executive (China Department) is responsible for counter sales and coordinating group tours, ensuring seamless operations from booking to the end of the tour. This role involves working directly with customers and providing exceptional service to enhance the travel experience for clients of ASA Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour Coordination:
  • Following up and servicing customers’ enquiries or bookings, before and after sales.
  • Managing and updating tour schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.
• Customer Service:
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing detailed information about tour itineraries, destinations and travel requirements.
