Responsibilities

· Responsible for P&L which include setting up of yearly budget preparation, monthly sales & forex forecasting and trend analysis.

· Monitor forecast accuracy, communicate findings and question the assumptions underlying the forecast calculation.

· Manage independently assigned country operation and perform problem-solving independently on operation issues.

· New business creation - New RFQ handling including risk assessment, pricing/quotation and new business set up

· Drive continuous improvement with the team to identify potential areas for improvement. Explore and implementation of innovative improvement ideas to achieve operational excellence.

· Participate in cross-functional and cross regional projects and initiatives to align with company/department's goals.

· Support reporting manager in case of irregular request.

Requirements

· A degree in any discipline, preferably logistics, supply chain management.

· At least 2 years working experience in Supply Chain related fields.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, good time management & "can do" attitude.

· Taking a creative approach to problems as compared to using a more conventional style of thinking. (Thinking out of box)

· Strong communication abilities and a track record of working with different stakeholder/departments

· Experience with working with cross cultural teams across different time zones.

· Familiarity with digitalization tool and process of continuous improvement will be advantageous
