Key Responsibilities

Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our unique culture, values, and career opportunities to attract the best candidates.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have all the tools and resources to succeed.
Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide insights into market trends.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates to optimize the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in financial services, banking, or sales.
Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
