The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.

What progress will you make?

Our Internal Audit team provides independent, objective and reliable assurance to our senior management and regulators regarding the effectiveness of Citi’s governance, risk management and controls. The team proactively identifies risks and delivers bold, forward-looking insights that enable Citi to achieve its strategy in a safe and sound control environment.

The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Complete assigned audits and regulatory validations within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs
• Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks
• Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines to help focus audit testing
• Occasionally manage a small team of internal audit professionals that performs complex audits
• Assist in drafting audit issues, and present them to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions
• Recommend appropriate and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issuesApply understanding of internal audit standards,policies, and relevant regulations to provide timely audit assurance
• Contribute to the periodic refresh of Citi's Risk Governance Framework with a focus on Principle Risk Reporting for Market Conduct & Integrity
• Develop other internal audit staff, and work in constant collaboration with peers around the global team
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective influencing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of End-to-End trading life cycle controls across major business lines
• Previous experience of working in a market or client conduct risk related role would be preferred
• Experience in Tableau/Data Analytics/Python/SQL
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

You will be responsible for the design of innovative, high-performance, and reliable high-speed analog ICs for SerDes applications. These products aim to enable the next-generation of data communication systems using high speed wireline transmission, empowering the ever growing digital revolution. You will work within a group of design experts interfacing with layout, overseas design teams to create detailed specifications, innovative designs to meet the technological requirements.

Key responsiblities:

• Planning and designing of high speed analog IC for Serdes application based on design requirements
• Perform circuit simulation and optimization to meet specification
• Prepare and discuss circuit, results of design in design reviews
• Conduct IC verification and debugging to ensure silicon perform according to design.
• Work with layout engineer for device level design to realize best circuit response
• Work with application engineers to support customer application issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• Possess experience working in IC design environment
• Good knowledge in CMOS analog circuit design/processes
• Good knowledge in High-Speed Interfaces design and be willing to take on the challenge of creating cutting-edge new technology by anticipating market trends and product evolution.
• Posess good knowledge in analyzing and designing High-Speed Interface PHY, ADC, PLL, Clock and data recovery (CDR),Equalization and signal integrity optimization, Ampllfiers, reference voltages etc.
• Experience in developing IC and proficient in design tools usage (Cadence/Synopsys, Custom Compiler/Fine Sim)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

· Responsible on the overall planning, deployment and scheduling, coordination and supervision of department.

· Ensure overall operation, housekeeping and adequate resources to enhance efficient function of the department

· Ensure prompt service with enthusiastic working attitude.

· Exercise authority in planning, deployment and scheduling, coordinating and supervision of the department.

· Develop risk management contingency plan in the operation of the department

· Implementing display guideline and planogram

· Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

• All preparation and cooking based on daily production schedule
• Bulk cooking in central kitchen environment
• To ensure all packing room activity are as planned and follow
• To ensure quality of preparations, cooking and packing meet the standard and maintain proper consistency in food quality set by management
• To ensure required workplace safety, food handling and hygiene standards are followed.
• To ensure all cook/operator in all production area work are efficiency and productivity
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Check that quantity and quality of finish goods are proper planned and done based on production schedule
• Check that quantity and quality of raw material ordered are received and stored in proper condition

Job Requirements

• Five years experience or more in western cooking and managing a culinary team in a catering operation
• Equipped with excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Required to work on weekend and public holidays
• Required to start work early in the morning
• Staying East Preferred (Bedok)
• 6 days work week
• 7am to 5pm
