Primary Relationships:

This role involves the conceptualisation, creation and proofreading of brand content across multiple platforms.

The position reports to the Assistant Marketing Director in Singapore and within the organization, this position will work with the Marketing, Digital, PR, Social and Customer teams and will also have working relationships with the Design and IT teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations. Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing brand content to ensure copy is accurate and enticing, meets brand guidelines and matches the brand voice.
• Partnering with the Marketing team to create compelling marketing content including engaging gift guides, boutique signages, event invites, product/hamper names and descriptions and other relevant content for partnership or landlord platforms. • Writing content for customer email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, customer service e-mails, and automated messaging services.

• Collaborating with the Social Media team to conceptualize original social media content, and to assist in the editing and proofreading of video scripts, posts and stories.
• Continuing to improve the strategy, roadmap, tone of voice and language used by Customer Service team and add on to SOPs, templates, and CS training materials.
• On a case-by-case basis: collaborate to write, edit or proofread brand copy, in Training materials, Operational manuals and other branded materials which will affect the positioning of Bacha Coffee brand with its staff, partners, customers or the public.
• Managing content performance as advised by Digital team through SEO; identify keywords and content strategies to increase the number of visitors to Bacha Coffee websites and online marketplaces to obtain high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines for our brand and products.
• Conceiving a content calendar for and write Bacha Coffee Stories for the website and third-party platforms where Bacha Coffee brand content can be published.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or similar equivalent with minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
