Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures, and operation condition sheets in consultation with Production Superintendent and Day Supervisors from Operation.

Degree or diploma in Building, Quantity surveying or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience with main contractor in private residential projects. For those who do not meet the experience requirement but have the special interest with good exam result will be considered for the junior QS.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years site experiences with main contractor in building projects.
• Good in coordination, deligent and result oriented.
• Able to prepare work schedule, proficient in autocad drawings and architectural details will be an added advantage .
• Reasonable writing skill in correspondences.
