We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to drive design excellence across the company's digital platforms and marketing initiatives. This leadership role combines oversight of the UI/UX design team responsible for web and mobile app design, with the management of the graphic design team responsible for a wide range of visual assets, including event key visuals, logos, banners, posters, and more. Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design Leadership:

• Lead and manage the UI design team, overseeing the design of web and mobile applications, ensuring that the company’s digital experiences are both user-friendly and aesthetically engaging.
• Contribute directly to product design by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect the needs of users and align with business goals.

3. Event Planning & Execution (High-Net-Worth Client Activities):

• Lead the planning, design, an exclusive series of activities and events targeted at high-net-worth clients, designed to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring that they are designed and executed flawlessly in line with the company’s objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure all events have strong visual elements, including event branding, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Manage logistics and oversee creative processes for all event materials, from digital invitations to venue design and event collateral.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to both the UI/UX and graphic design teams, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
