Reporting to the F&B manager, the role of our bartender will be to curate an unique dining experience for our guests.

Job Description:

• Create/innovate beverage menu and recipe cards for alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers to understand their dining preferences and make recommendations
• Conduct product training for alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Ensure high quality and consistency of beverage served and adhere to the food safety guidelines
• Monitor and manage stock inventory
• Ensure proper ordering, daily inventory and monthly stock count is done
• Provide excellent customer service and nurture an excellent guest experience

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Food & Beverage/relevant Food & Beverage certificates or qualifications
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Flair bartending experience would be advantageous in this role

• Develop and conceptualize content and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels
• Develop, manage and execute campaigns focused on increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces including our own (Axquisite), Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, Qoo10, Amazon, GrabMart and others
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are accurately displayed
• Research, analyse and present new and innovative ways to approach and execute social content
• Stay current with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt
• Support in the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for our social channels
• SEO and SEM, research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
• Attend to customers' emails, enquires, messages on all social media platforms and administrative matters
• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
• Prepare and generate quotations, orders, invoices and coordinate logistics
• Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing and dispatching of parcels)
• Monitor products and quality checks, stock take and inventory records
• Ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions derived from source documents

• Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
• Adept in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus

• Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise on workflow, capacity and/or quality

Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer in delivering effective HR support and services to the Functional Heads of the assigned Business Unit.

The Responsibilities:
Working in close collaboration with the Managers, you will play a key role as trusted HR Business Partner to them; understanding their business goals, challenges and strategic plans and supporting them in all their People-related needs.

• Provide day-to-day on-site HR Business Partnering support to the Managers and Employees in the Business Unit.
• Assist the COO in the smooth execution of HR processes such as Performance Appraisal, Talent Management and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) etc.
• Compile timely Headcount/Attrition statistics for Manpower Reporting and Workforce Planning purpose.
• Respond to enquiries by Employees regarding HR policies, procedures and programmes.
• Assist in Overseas Assignment matters.
• Be the Key HR Lead in Recruitment Activities - raising of Headcount Requisition, posting of job advertisements, screening of CVs and sending to Hiring Managers for shortlisting as well as scheduling of interview arrangements.
• Facilitate the onboarding of New Hires Orientation.
• Double up within the HR Team for Payroll, Workmen Compensation, Insurance, Government Grants and Staff Claims processing in the Business Unit as required.
• Organize Employee Town Hall sessions and Staff Welfare activities.
• Participate in any ad-hoc HR initiatives roll-out from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
• More than 5 years of HR related experience.
• Good knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions and local employment laws.
• Results-driven, a good communicator with excellent people skills in dealing with different levels of colleagues in a multi-generation workforce.
