2. Clinical

a. Assist in preliminary examinations to assess and record patients’ conditions, and diseases associated with the lower limbs

b. Take and record patients’ vital signs and ensure that their medical histories are properly recorded and updated

c. Help make impressions of patients’ feet for the purpose of creating casts and/or orthotic fittings

d. Prepare patients for detailed examinations by the podiatrist, explaining what the treatment will include and what to expect

e. Assist the podiatrists by setting up equipment and instruments to perform procedures, examinations and/or surgeries

f. Assist podiatrists in minor surgical procedures by applying bandages and ensuring that affected areas are properly treated

g. Assist elderly patients in preparation for examination and/or surgical procedures

h. Ensure that examination rooms are properly cleaned and sanitised prior and post treatment

i. Operate the autoclave required to clean and sanitise equipment

j. Perform routine foot treatments and assist with the non-invasive treatment of common musculoskeletal conditions.

k. Perform post-surgical wound care and assist with management of diabetic foot and leg wounds

l. Communicate closely with patients ensuring their quality of care is maintained and experience is seamless.

m. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

1. Being a strong advocateof Positive Discipline;

2. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identied at-risk students and general student body;

3. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be;

4. Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeeping of disciplinary records (print & soft copies);

5. Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension, Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unit; AND

6. Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.

Duration /Working hours:

This role will require him/her to support in the following tasks:

- Work closely as part of the agile product team to design, develop, test and deploy data analytics/scientist products (e.g. interactive dashboards, reports and machine learning models) under the guidance of the DSTA Product Manager.

- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and clarify requirements with the end users, when required, to formulate, translate and refine their business questions into technical and analytical requirements.

- Carry out data audits and technical feasibility assessments.

- Design and develop data analytics/scientist products with the necessary authorisation mechanisms and measures to meet business, user experience, performance and security requirements, using established processes and tools on the Authority’s Enterprise Data Analytics Platform.

- Work closely with relevant technical teams (e.g. Enterprise Data Analytics Platform team, Data Integration team, Database team etc.) during design, development, system integration, testing and deployment, implementing changes if required.

- Perform vulnerability assessments and code quality tests where applicable. Rectify any vulnerability or code quality issues surfaced.

- Conduct User Acceptance Tests based on acceptance criteria in Product Backlog, review feedbacks received and include them in the Product Backlog for prioritisation if applicable.

- Conduct end-user training, handover training and product demonstrations.

- Provide on-site support to troubleshoot any problems and address users’ queries relating to deployed data analytics/scientist products (interactive dashboards, reports and machine learning models).

- Develop and maintain documentations according to the Authority’s Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines (e.g. user guide, design specifications).

- Work with end-users to explore and analyse data for trends and insights relating to user business questions.

- Maintain existing dashboard for additional indicators/charts including raising Service Request (SR) for data extractions.

Qualifications:

Relevant educational credentials in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, computer science, data science/analytics/engineer, or information systems)

-Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.)

-Advising the buying teams & deciders of companies

-Present monthly sales performance reports to management

-Follow up on the monthly AP & AR report to make sure accurate payment transaction

-Regular meetings with Marketing and Sales management to evaluate personal sales

-Analyze and monitor customer and supplier data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends, so as to decide on relevant follow up actions

NETWORK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

The Network Support Technician will be responsible for executing and implement GPON (Giga-Bit Passive Optical Network) and ICT infrastructure needs of the customer’s IT networking environment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

The Network Support Technician shall performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change.

• Implement ICT infrastructure solutions for Hotel Hospitality, HealthCare and Business Enterprise
• Co-ordination of tasks with sub-contractors & related vendors
