Job Description

· Assist clients with their hygiene needs, such as toileting, and transferring.

· Responsible for kitchen duties which involve simple food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in handling clients' technical questions about BOM BOM products and making appropriate recommendations based on their pet’s health conditions
• Strong command of pet food products available in the market and assessing bioavailability across brands
• Dispense pet nutrition advice; timely problem-solving and effective, fact-based troubleshooting
• Work closely with Procurement and Operations teams to develop new products and ensure product conformity.
• Perform forensic nutritional analysis and research.
• Work alongside partner laboratories to ensure data integrity and nutritional content of meal ingredients.
• Assist with R&D projects on animal dietary requirements and food analysis, driving research topics and sharing content with Marketing team and CS team.
• Provide cover for the Customer Solutions team for Korean and Singapore markets, with adherence to Nutrition Team and Customer Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in pet events/pop-up to educate pet owners on pet nutrition and generate new leads.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Qualifications in Animal Sciences, Food Science, or Nutrition a must
• Experience in dealing with animals preferred
• Strong microsoft excel and excellent writing skills
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills as well as scientifically inclined
• A love for dogs and cats will be a plus

Primary Relationships:

This role involves the conceptualisation, creation and proofreading of brand content across multiple platforms.

The position reports to the Assistant Marketing Director in Singapore and within the organization, this position will work with the Marketing, Digital, PR, Social and Customer teams and will also have working relationships with the Design and IT teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (digital agencies, producers, photographers, social and search platform account managers, etc) if and when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing brand content to ensure copy is accurate and enticing, meets brand guidelines and matches the brand voice.
• Partnering with the Marketing team to create compelling marketing content including engaging gift guides, boutique signages, event invites, product/hamper names and descriptions and other relevant content for partnership or landlord platforms. • Writing content for customer email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, customer service e-mails, and automated messaging services.

• Partnering with the Marketplace team to develop content for new or existing marketplace boutiques and campaigns including developing content for assets and channels such as online banners and marketplace social media channels.
• Collaborating with the Social Media team to conceptualize original social media content, and to assist in the editing and proofreading of video scripts, posts and stories.
• Continuing to improve the strategy, roadmap, tone of voice and language used by Customer Service team and add on to SOPs, templates, and CS training materials.
• On a case-by-case basis: collaborate to write, edit or proofread brand copy, in Training materials, Operational manuals and other branded materials which will affect the positioning of Bacha Coffee brand with its staff, partners, customers or the public.
• Managing content performance as advised by Digital team through SEO; identify keywords and content strategies to increase the number of visitors to Bacha Coffee websites and online marketplaces to obtain high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines for our brand and products.
• Conceiving a content calendar for and write Bacha Coffee Stories for the website and third-party platforms where Bacha Coffee brand content can be published.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or similar equivalent with minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of English, preferably mother tongue.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
