• Develop and implement a structured and detailed padel program dedicated to players of all ages and skill levels.
• Design high-performance programs aimed to train and develop juniors to reach their potential.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Education on adapted courses to initiate padel in school programs.
• Implement structured training and coaching programs for beginner and intermediate players
• Design specialized programs for recreational play

2. Coaching and Player Development

• Conduct lessons (groups and private), clinics, and workshops.
• Train local coaches with the adequate skillset to provide effective lessons for each type of audience.
• Consult coaches on a regular basis to discuss strategies and improvements.
• Identify high-potential players with a special focus on their development and growth on all aspects (technical, tactical, physical, mental).
• Create tailored development plans for high-potential players with the objective to form the next Singapore Elite National team.

3. Event Planning

• Oversee padel tournaments, leagues, and social events
• Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support

4. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed on and off the courts
• Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to sports facilities

5. Reporting and Communication

• Report to the CEO on program performance and objectives
• Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff
• Collaborate with the management team on club-wide initiatives, strategy and goals

Qualifications and profile requested:

• Proven experience as a Padel Coach
• Certification from a recognized padel coaching organisation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Strong interest in working in a multi-cultural environment and understanding the nuances in interacting with different audiences
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire players
• Prior experience in organising tournaments and events is a plus

Job Specification/Requirements

Education
