As an Production Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you will assist the Production Manager in managing the Overall Operation of Precast Construction Plant. You are to adhere to Quality, Environmental, Safety Management System in accordance with Company’s standards and customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities

1) Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures.

12) Review and recommend the disposition of the rejected in-coming raw material, work-in-process and finished goods.

13) Review and endorse Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health System Procedure.

14) Manage, coach and train the team members which include carrying out performance review and disciplinary action, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and establish quality assurance deliverables and testing framework, including estimate testing scope and time needed based on user requirements, create and maintain test specifications in accordance with changing requirements, throughout development;

· Create and maintain automated test framework using tools such as Cucumber/Selenium to support continuous development and testing, including prepare test environment, create and maintain functional testing scripts in accordance with changing requirements;

· Conduct manual functional / exploratory testing to compliment automated testing, including browser testing and system integration tests with other modules;

· Conduct impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests

· Validate stories using acceptance criteria, raising defects as needed and work with development team to improve the expected behaviours and test cases;

· Conduct performance and load tests if needed, validate the output and expected outcomes and feedback on improvement required;

· Conduct application performance and security testing if needed, to ensure we have a robust and secured system in place;

· Work with Business Analyst on UAT data preparation and support;

· Work collaboratively with the rest of the technical and business team, including understanding the business/user requirements to facilitate testing, participate in desk-checks to do early validation and verify completeness of story, as well as participate in showcases to demonstrate tested stories;

· Conduct system integration tests with external parties when necessary, validate the output and expected outcome e.g. data to and from external parties’ systems and feedback on improvement requirement;

· Work with DevOps team to establish process for deployment and maintaining CI/CD pipeline

Requirements:

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in related field

· Tertiary education in relevant fields is preferred

· Experience in programming in Java / Python / NodeJs is preferred

· Hands-on experience with software testing including automated functional testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Maven, Capybara is preferred.

· Experience doing automation testing in Agile development process will be an added advantage

· Have SQL scripting skills

· Hands-on experience in one or more of the followings is preferred:

· Application exploratory testing and regression test automation

· Application performance testing

· Application security testing

· Have relevant knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

· Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling will be an added advantage

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students

Key Responsibilities:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in finance or accounting. Prior experience in SMEs, construction, or ACMV-related industries is a bonus.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and issue stocks
• Arrange items to ensure that first in, first out method is applied
• Perform daily stock count on accountable items and submit data input to EDP section
• Ensure that store is thoroughly cleaned up and that empty cartons are thrown away

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors.

8. Submission of monthly progress claim to clients and monitoring of variation works, avoid wide differential in claim and payment amounts. To finalize project accounts and variation claims early for client’s verification and payment.

9. To monitor the progress of work on site and recommend, if appropriate, the interim payment certification to supplier/subcontractors proposed by the designated Project Engineer.

10. To access, recommend and recruit suitable subcontractors and work force to provide quality engineering services to our clients.

11. To be readily involved in tender estimation, variation quotation and costing preparation and assist the project manager in the preparation of budgetary statement.
