The Role & Responsibilities

Design Development & Execution

• Design Conceptualization: Engage in all phases of the design process, from initial concept development through to final design approvals, keeping in mind project scope, client specifications and budget.
• Design Presentation: Present design proposals and mood boards to clients, effectively communicating design intent and directions.
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet aesthetic, functional, and client specifications.
• Detail Execution: Ensure designs are planned and construction detail drawings are produced to meet practical execution requirements.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Accounts Manager to ensure project timelines are adhered to and coordination with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, are timely and on budget.
• Quality Control: Oversee works to ensure they are completed to design specifications.
• Adjustments and Modifications: Handle proactive on-site adjustments to address any discrepancies or improvements needed, ensuring the final output aligns with the original vision.

Client Relations

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, interpreting their needs and translating them into compelling design solutions.
• Relationship Management: Work with the Accounts Manager to maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular, effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

Technical Skills

• CAD Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Detailed Design Plans: Produce comprehensive and detailed working drawings that outline all aspects of the design including floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed construction drawings that follow industry standards.
• 3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize CAD software to develop 3D models and visualizations that provide a realistic representation of the designed spaces to clients, contractors and the design team.
• Material Specifications: Compile detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and furnishings including all necessary information for procurement and installation.
• Collaborative Revisions: Work closely with the design team, clients, and contractors to update and revise technical documents as needed and ensure that all stakeholders have access to the most current plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of residential and commercial projects and detailed construction drawings.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or other 3D modelling software), 3DS Max or V-Ray
• Proficiency in interpreting design specifications and quotations, with the capability to generate quotations being an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Flexibility to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Oversee and responsible for implementation of internal ERP

· Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and management accounting of the group and its subsidiaries which includes but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, timely preparation and submission of management & statutory accounts, year-end audits, corporate & tax compliance, risk management & internal controls, co secretarial matters standards

· Grant negotiations, applications, administration and management of process, KPI and claims

· Responsible for transactional accounting, General Ledger and Monthly Closing

· Assist in preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Finance Analysis

· Responsible for Accuracy of Expenses Classifications In charge and finalize Profit & Loss Account for events/courses and Account Intercompany charging and reconciliation

· Maintain good Corporate Governance, compliance to internal audits and ISO requirements

· Supervise overseas Finance team to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and adherence to Group Accounting Policies

· In charge of finance and corporate project(s) such as system implementation, process improvement, policy and procedures to enhance corporate excellence for the organization.

· Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, job offer, internal salary benchmarking and on-boarding, advise on necessary HR procedures and policies, perform monthly payroll, CPF submission and annual income tax and all staff benefit claims

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accounting discipline or at least with ACCA certification.

· At least 6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, 3 years in audit and 3 years in managerial/supervisory experience.

· Experience in group reporting and consolidation will be an advantage, minimally must be comfortable with mass data and multi business unit environment

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously & prioritizing in order to meet deadlines is important

· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, meticulous and proficiency in Microsoft software and familiar with implementation and management of ERP and future digitalization projects.

· Familiar with government grant environment and proactively negotiate with various agencies.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills with good problem-solving skill.

(A) Job Summary:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting survey work throughout all phases of construction, ensuring that measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites are accurate for the project.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize environmental impacts associated with construction activities.
• Assist department heads and site supervisors with all setting out, levelling, and other related surveying work on site.
• Conduct land surveying and measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.
• Perform levelling and traversing to transfer TBM and reference lines accurately.
• Coordinate and plan daily site survey work.
• Prepare setting out drawings for construction purposes.
• Any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as Surveyor, preferably with civil projects.
