Workplace safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)

- Ensure the provision of the Workplace Safety & Health Act and any Regulations made there under are complied with;

Administrative Duties:

1. Process and generate Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
2. Prepare shipping documents and liase with import/export freight shipment companies.
3. Administrative duties relating to Work Permits for staffs.
4. Administrative duties relating to the rental of apartment for staff.
5. Administrative duties of travel plan for work oversea by staff – booking of air-tickets, accommodation and application of Visa/VTL when applicable.
6. Administrative duties of House Keeping.
7. Filings and assist compiling documents required by sales and technical personnel.

Human Resources (HR)

1. Recruitment and management of new staff approved by Management.
2. Manage and update annual leaves for Staffs.

Requirements:

1. Must be pleasant, sociable, Self-motivated and resourceful.
2. Able to work with existing staffs.
3. Able to follow instruction when given by Management.
4. Registered as administrator for Bank and MOM to execute upload of electronic documents.
5. Proficient in English reading and writing

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management and compensation & benefits.
• Lead and direct the routine functions of recruitment process -Sourcing, attracting, hiring, and interviewing.
• Monitor office administration to ensure smooth operation and maintain a healthy and safe office environment.
• Monitor full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, CPF, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors etc.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and head office.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Conduct & assess internal training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Review, revise and provide guidance on employee handbook.
• Organize employee engagement activities e.g., Organize annual dinner, Christmas party, corporate social responsibility.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in Human Resources Management.
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good team player, Detail-minded, well-organized with strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and independent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

1. Role Description:

This position reports to the Director and oversees daily operations, ensuring the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, and enhancing the overall dining experience for customers.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health and safety as well as ensuring the strictest standards of sanitation are practiced on a daily basis.

• Coordinate marketing activities, budgeting and forecast on monthly/yearly sales revenue including Social Media Marketing /Googles Ads/Instagram activities.

• Analyse the restaurant budget to find and price inventory, reduce expenses, review current pricing and adjust purchasing strategies if needed including track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.

• Implement practices and procedures and consistently review operational standards as well as address customer needs, feedback, and complaints with the aim of always improving speed and service quality.
