About The Role

The role of the ALC Catalyst is to support and facilitate experimentation-focused change activities in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the ecosystem. He or she will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of experiments and change activities. The appointee will work in close collaboration with a network of change catalysts, researchers and industry specialists.

In this position, the appointee will report to Head (ALC).

What You Will Be Doing

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Change and Experiment Planning and Execution: Assist in designing and implementing experiments to support change initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse organisational contexts, and co-create effective change strategies including co-designing experiments to trial new approaches. Conduct detailed analysis of experimental and change activity data to provide insights and recommendations for further action.

He/she should be knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting and ensuring compliance with financial procedures are met while liaising with external auditors and tax consultants. This role manages both the financial operations and also accounting functions required.
