JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Junior L2 Production Support (Java-base)

· Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

· Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support. Or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL

· Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

· Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries

· Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell

· Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus

· Exposure to banking industry is a plus

· Dynamic individual with thirst to learn

· Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills

· Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and proven & demonstrable skills and experience.

· Fresh graduates from local Universities and Polytechnics from 0 to 1 year are welcome

· Must be graduate from IT or Computer Science

· Must have IT background

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure that the construction works are done according to drawings and within specified requirements.
• Check thoroughly drawings and instructions received and also highlight their discrepancies and work changes to the Project Manager.
• Prepares and submits method statements and alternative proposals as and when required.
• Liaise closely with the client’s representative and other work changes.
• Prepares site records of variation work and other work changes
• Liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers of different trades pertaining to sub-contract activities to be executed on-site
• Report any problems, discrepancies or changes that affect the quality of the works.
• Assist to enforce the Quality Management System on-site, including safety management.
• Assist to ensure that all construction activities comply with the Authority.
• Collate information from Supervisor/Foremen of the different trades to compile and prepare the Site Daily Report including the progress report.
• Assist the Quality Surveyor in preparing the monthly progress claims, VO claims and verifies suppliers and sub-contractors claims.
• Candidates with sound knowledge of Plumbing & Sanitary.
• More than 6 years experience in Singapore
