Job Description

• To work in partnership with People360’s business development team to understand the hiring requirements of government and private hospitals, aged care and private healthcare institutions in Singapore.
• Attend virtual and on-site meetings with healthcare clients to consult on talent trends and to provide consultative recruitment advice
• To maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
• Perform job postings on various job portals and to actively engage with potential talents on Linkedin to attract active & passive healthcare professionals
• To proactively build a pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) and to do career audits & advise to help talents in their career planning
• Screen, shortlist and interview healthcare professionals based on the client requisitions
• To maintain People360’s ATS/CRM by talents and moving them through the various pipeline stages
• To deliver qualified talents to our clients for shortlisting and interview coordination
• Negotiation of offers, compensation & benefits with both clients and talents
• Ensuring internal onboarding document compliances and 3rd party bodies such as the Singapore Nursing Board, Allied Health Professional Council & Singapore Medical Council
• Keep abreast of changes in the talent marketplace, both in terms of potential business development activities and general marketplace intelligence, trends, and news.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized diploma/degree in a related field of studies
• CEI Basic Licence
• At least 1-2 years of experience in executive search
• High-performing team player
• Good communication in English

• 1 or less than 1 year of experience in SAP MM and a strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• As a Junior MM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP MM modules.
• SAP MM configuration and support.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, Java, Python, or C++
• Candidates with Nodejs or Golang experience are preferred
• Familiar with common Internet technologies, including but not limited to backend, database, MQ, caching, microservice architectures and/or cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute in technical discussions and solutioning sessions.
• Possess good coding and documentation habits, pay attention to code style, familiar with basic design patterns and principles, and continuously focus and optimize projects
• Autonomy to drive the direction of the product
• Chance to work on creating developer tooling systems from the ground up, from research all the way to implementation.
• Chance to work with different development teams while enabling them to be more productive at the same time
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; communicating technically complex ideas to non-technical people effectively is a plus
