• Offer technical support and address customer issues.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Recommend process improvements and provide product feedback.
• Implement best practices to enhance service efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct risk assessments and take steps to mitigate risks.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Good to have hands-on experience servicing high voltage equipment
• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
