1. Dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and contractor to liaise with specify products in projects.
2. Handling enquiry from designer/homeowner.
3. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Building and managing a project pipeline to meet completion target.
5. Responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
6. Support Manager to manage and follow up opportunities, commercial reporting and develop business plan, including analysis of result, trends.
7. Identifying new business opportunities and providing good service and supports to existing customers to achieve their goals.

1) Assist with payroll matters.

2) Assist with work pass applications

3) Updating of leave and medical records

4) Assist with training course applications and updates

5) Process insurance claims as and when necessary

6) Other adhoc duties assisigned by superior
