Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in clinical assessments and procedures to detect, manage, and meet our residents' physical, medical & psychosocial needs
• Work closely with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to provide co-ordinated and purposeful nursing care to meet rehabilitative and treatment needs of residents
• Engage with residents, relatives & community partners in care planning discussions.
• Provide orientation, guidance, mentoring and coaching to new or less experienced nurses
• Assist RNs in medication administration & management
• Additional responsibilities as directed by RNs or management
• Assist in residents' activities of daily living (ADL)

• NITEC in Nursing from ITE

• Ability to speak local languages and dialects will be an advantage
• Active team player with strong initiative and good communication skills
• Able to perform rotating shift
• Work location: Islandwide - Chai Chee / Eunos / Sembawang

You will be part of a team to champion workforce transformation and reskilling needs of the Facilities Management/Built Environment sector. You will need to possess a strong business acumen and be comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders to understand their manpower challenges and propose the relevant WSG interventions:

• Diagnose key industry manpower challenges, gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of partners and stakeholders
• Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track project progress via a data driven approach
• Develop deep understanding of the industries and be attuned to WSG’s initiatives to support enterprises in their human capital strategies
• Support the team in the development/refresh of the Jobs Transformation Map and related proof-of-concept project(s) to testbed scalability
• Forge effective partnerships/relationships with strategic stakeholders including partner agencies, unions, trade associations and key employers
• Support outreach, marketing and networking events to increase awareness and adoption of best practices/WSG initiatives

Requirements

• Industry Engagement and Business Development: Effective stakeholder engagement, with a focus on account/project management or consultancy. Utilise sector and trend analysis and government initiatives related to manpower/HR interventions/ training to drive business strategies and growth.
• Communication Skills and Data Analytics: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in synthesizing and interpreting data and information to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate well within and across teams, comprehend and empathize with different viewpoints to accomplish shared objectives

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Data Quality Engineer/Analyst

This is a healthcare application:

• Mobile application (iOS and Android)

What will you do?

Support the development and business teams in unit testing and archiving data, engineered features, and algorithmic inputs/outputs throughout the data pipeline and to support analytics.

Proven experience as a data engineer/ data analyst in mobile app development projects and administrative dashboards.

1. Create unit tests throughout the data and algorithms domain:

• Work with engineering and business teams to implement wide-coverage unit tests of data and engineered features at different stages throughout the data collection and processing pipeline
• Create unit tests of inputs to and outputs from the algorithms that drive the clinical service
• The unit tests include validation of the inputs and outputs of black-box machine learning algorithms
• Establish a regular process to execute the tests and document their outcomes as a part of our product development and release lifecycle

2. Implement and refine mechanisms to continuously archive the state of algorithmic inputs and outputs:

• Implement a process of taking snapshots of data/features input into algorithms necessary to recreate their outputs/predictions at any point in the past during the service
• Communicate requirements to the software development team

3. Assist in the successful delivery of regular service analytics and reports:

• Support the business and analytics teams in their daily and weekly delivery of reports on data completion, user engagement, and algorithm actions by addressing any data quality and validation requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business analytics, technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data product management roles within the tech industry. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to implement tests in Python.
• Experience in machine learning algorithms
• Good understanding of the validation requirements of an algorithmic product. Knowledge of healthcare regulation and auditing requirements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily operations, including schedules, staffing, and attendance tracking (e.g., SCFA scheme support).
