6. Participate in company-organized project promotion and marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study or work experience is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of work experience in a medium or large study abroad service agency, familiar with private universities and international schools in Singapore, as well as study abroad programs and services, with strong sales skills.
3. Basic English reading ability, capable of independently researching relevant school information.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills, honesty, integrity, with a sense of responsibility and career focus.
5. Excellent communication, stress resilience, and learning abilities.

Operational functions involving :

• Sales order fulfilment activities namely: order processing, purchasing, stock management, order tracking and monitoring of shipments, interfacing with internal departments, customers, vendors and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
• Participate in vendor management activities such as negotiation for best vendor terms, prevention of wastage, monitoring and reporting of quality & service level, etc
• Identify, implement and participate in areas of operational improvements
• General Operations & Facilities Management

May be required to :

• Support role to interface with auditors on annual financial reporting
• Participate as internal ISO auditor in annual quality audit process
• Stock count during bi-annual stock take
• Ad hoc activities as may be assigned by manager from time to time

You will be part of a team to champion workforce transformation and reskilling needs of the integrated facilities management/ environmental services industries. You will need to possess a strong business acumen and comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders to understand their manpower challenges and propose the relevant WSG interventions:

• Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
• Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
• Develop deep understanding of the industries and be attuned to WSG’s initiatives to support enterprises in their human capital strategies
• Support the team in the development of proof-of-concept project(s) under the Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) and testbed scalability
• Forge effective partnerships/ relationships with strategic stakeholders including sectoral agency, union and trade associations
• Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices/ WSG initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 13 staff members across 4 shifts to ensure seamless coverage
• Handle outpatient and inpatient registration, data entry, and billing
• Advise patients on Medisave, MediShield, private insurance, and claim processes
• Perform financial counseling and ensure timely collection of deposits
• Process insurance claims and liaise with insurers
• Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding billing and services
• Manage cashiering duties including payment collections, refunds, and billing explanations
• Oversee administrative tasks like report generation, specialist rosters, and general inquiries
