We're looking for a Japanese speaking Senior Content Specialist to join our growing SEO Content team in Singapore.

Content and SEO at Wise is about making sure we offer the best possible content and on-site experience to our customers. We don’t believe in stuffing keywords in a blog article or building artificial links, but we do believe in a great copy that inspires and helps readers to find answers.

This role is ideal for candidates with senior level experience in Japanese SEO content marketing, who are passionate about blogging and content creation.

Qualifications

About you

• You speak and write Japanese on a native level
• You speak and write English on a native level, as our team communication language is English
• You have 2-3 years of SEO experience in Japanese and have brought a great impact in terms of number of new customers and revenue through your content (beyond just traffic)
• It’s preferred if you have worked on B2B content and successfully brought a great amount of business customers through your SEO content
• You are analytical and able to use different SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush and Looker (bonus)) and explain your analysis / findings to other people in an easy-to-understand way
• You’re strategic and are used to building hypotheses based on data to bring new growth
• You know your way around words. From small copy changes to fixing blog articles in bulk, you’ll get it done.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable, government subventions, fixed assets, and payroll. • Minimum Diploma in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an established institution and/or qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as RE for LTA project (MRT, underground, tunnelling works) or PUB project
• Has good working knowledge of Geotechnical and instrumentation works and compliance to Singapore Building Regulations
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, organized with positive work attitude

Working Location:

• LTA / PUB projects

• Conduct inspection on Soil investigation and instrumentation works
• Carry- out supervision and coordination on-site to meet the project schedule
• Conduct inspection in Installation of ERSS works, D-wall, Site Investigation, Shotcrete, Rockbolt, controlled blasting , Soil Instrumentation works.
• Carry out full-time standing supervision of Ground Investigation Works
• Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings, and fieldwork records/logs on a daily basis
• Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary
• Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary
• Shift work - Day and/or Night
• Location - Various jobsites

Responsibilities:

Ø Handle full cycle of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview arrangement)

Ø Sourcing of new clients (cold calling) and servicing existing client

Ø Review and filter applications, conduct phone/face-to-face interviews

Ø Make regular calls or visits to clients/ HR, gather feedback and ensure good customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works (Commercial - Shopping Centre)

- Must have experience in handling F&B projects in the past.
- Good experience in project management and scheduling
- Ability to understand drawing

- Basic knowledge in M&E works will be an advantageous

- Certificate/ diploma in any of the following relevant field such as Architecture, interior design, project management
